Matt Madigan, OALA, CSLA

Landscape Architect

Matt is a Landscape Architect and a full member of the OALA and CSLA originally from the Ottawa area. Growing up on both his family farm and in the nation’s capital gives him perspective on the intersection of rural and urban environments and the place of nature within the city. After completing his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph, Matt worked in South Africa on developing regional agricultural practices and food security issues.

Matt started with adesso in 2011 and has worked on various projects ranging in scale from residential, commercial, community parks and institutional designs. He has a background in horticulture and an interest in ecological restoration and designing spaces that connect people with the natural environment.
